Neat Crete LLC was started by Two brothers Clint and Levi Tolliver in 2017 in Pea Ridge Arkansas. Clint has been around the industry for the past 16 years starting work for a small contractor based out of Springdale Arkansas. While working for them he had an opportunity to work for a small company at the time American Decretive Concrete Supply Company. That company became what is now known as Ameripolish. He has a distinct knowledge coming from manufacturing decorative concrete materials for 13 years while having a great background in polished and decorative concrete installation.
Levi Tolliver comes from a completely different background. He comes from working as a Prison security guard in Illinois. He also is always searching for new, cheaper and innovate the industry. Being the mastermind behind there amazing and easy way to install a polyaspartic system. With quick turnaround time for the customer.
